The following individual has been arrested stemming from investigations conducted by the Drug Task Force. 

ARRESTED:             Kimberly S. Hart

                                3113 Chapelgate Way

                                West Lafayette, IN

On October 10th, 2017, Kimberly Hart was arrested for two counts of Dealing in Methamphetamine, and one count of Possession of Methamphetamine.  Hart sold methamphetamine to an undercover officer during a Drug Task Force investigation spanning several months.  Hart was located at her place of residence where she was detained by the Tippecanoe County Sheriff’s Office. Hart was transported to the Tippecanoe County Jail. 

The Drug Task Force works diligently to investigate and bring individuals involved in narcotic sales to justice. This is the fifth arrest of narcotics dealers in less than a week and more arrests are expected.

The Drug Task Force would like to thank all concerned citizens who report drug activity and recognize the invaluable community partnerships needed to keep our community safe. The fact a person has been arrested or charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
