[ARCHIVED] Robbery at Circle K on Cougill Dr

On Saturday, November 26, 2016 at approximately 3:54am, officers with the Lafayette Police Department responded to the Circle K, located at 3603 Cougill Lane, regarding a reported armed robbery. Upon arrival, officers learned that an armed robbery had taken place, with the suspects fleeing the scene prior to police arrival. Two black males had entered the business, with one male pointing a handgun at the clerk. The suspects demanded money, and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash. No party was injured in the incident. The suspects and money are outstanding at this time.

The first suspect is described as a black male, approximately six feet tall, wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt and a mask on his face. The second suspect is a black male, approximately 5’8” tall. No clothing information is available for the second suspect.
