[ARCHIVED] Armed Robbery of the Circle K gas station, 4250 South Street

On Thursday October 29, 2015 at approximately 0259 hours, officers with the Lafayette Police Department responded to the Mobil Circle K at 4250 South Street, regarding a reported armed robbery. Investigation at the scene determined that a black male, wearing dark clothing, had entered the business and brandished a weapon, demanding cash. The suspect then fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect and money is still outstanding at this time. No party was injured in the robbery. The investigation is ongoing.
